55 days no smoking

I quit smoking cigarettes now its 55 days since my last Cigarette..i have gone through lot of withdrawal symptoms like shortness of breath,anxiety,here beating fast,panic,fatigue,sinus congestion..till today its improving still..i have some short stintyof shortness of breath still..hipe i will recover from tat also..kindly reply if u have experienced the same

Well done on 55 days Rageb88. We are all different in our bodies, it might take some people more time that is all, usually this only takes from 3 days to 3 or 4 weeks, with some residue both physical and mental at odd times. I am glad you are improving.

You need to concentrate on the good things that you have discovered along the way, list them down and repeat them every day. It is this exercise which will help you improve even more. Keep going and post again.

Hi, I've been quit for 5 weeks now. I have congested sinuses as well and get a tickle in my throat from time to time with the use of gum(nicotine). The mental hurdles are not soo interesting, however they pass with time. Wish you the best in ur recovery!
