Day 25. I felt relieved that for the entire day i didnt feel too much pain. i was able to sleep 7 hours . my breathing is so much better compared to yesterday. definitely, no cravings which is good. however , a little discomfort on my back. muscle spasms i guess. Still with all these , i know theres a long way to go but im still thankful that ive come this far.
