Still struggling, some days better than others, I know that I am getting nicotine from the patch but still can't seem to stop having a few each day, cousin said don't have any in the house but if I have a panic attack could not cope without a smoke, would like anyone who is going through something like that to contact me ........

Hi Diddi. I hate seeing people struggling and hope that implimenting some tips from my story " Have you Given Up Givin' Up" while reading my Allan Carr free e-book will help but you in the right mindset. Lavender is aromatheraputic for anxiety. Research on line what foods reduce anxiety and depression like dark chocolate 80%, pumpkin seeds, Omega-3 (flax is good)and spice like turmeric. Most of all view this as a choice that you made and WANT to achieve. Embrace the journey and all the great end results you will enjoy. Smoking never relieved stress and anxiety but exercise does too! Try Tai Chi for gentle motion and inner peace!

Thanks for your comments, I am going to start over again and I know I will get there, just have to be stronger.
