Hi Gary. Congratulations in making this change to better your life and those in it. You made a plan and stuck with it. Your determination and resolve shine through. Keep reading and visiting to keep your focus on the goal very much attainable and well worth the effort! Happy New Year and All the Best To You!

While you are doing great Gary, I forgot to ask if you were still on the gum or lozenges as they do contain nicotine and you should be thinking of coming off of them in the near future. While you feel great at twelve weeks and accepting and feeling lucky to be a non-smoker, 80% of the journey for you is now over and only a few hours to get the nicotine out of your system is left. I am sure your doctor is on top of this and that you trust his guidance in this. It is my belief that it will not cause you undue stress if you have accepted being a non-smoker.

Let us know when you have made that transition and how it went for you. We look forward to hearing from you again, and hope you will check in and support others!
