Now is not a good time, after 38 days I began to smoke again last night. After Honestly looking at where I am in life and why I smoke . I have decided to fix some of my passed to better my chances of quitting in the near future. I have sought psychological help and today I actually feel 100%. I never really had "bad" physical withdrawals , it was more emotional and psychological. after one session with a hypnotherapist I actually feel less anxious and depressed. I will continue with hypnosis and use it to help me stop smoking in the near future.
I have grown to love this web page. Hang in there everyone . This page not only is very informative, but helps and gives hope..."I'll be back"

Advice is only helpful if taken. So before admitting defeat, you have read Allan Carr's book, you have researched nicotine and understand how you became addicted? You have made a plan to step off of nicotine?
If you have read any amount of postings here or researched you would know already why you started smoking. You do not feel better today because of your therapist, but because you gave in to the relief that nicotine brings. Why did you smoke when you could have had nicotine gum? Only you can answer that. You were doing so well, and yet you would throw all that work away? Why? It's not too late to flush the smokes and chew gum. Read Allan Carr.
You were as good as quit. It is not your past that holds you back...you are simply making excuses out of fear. Read the damn book.

Unless you have walked in another mans shoes ..Never mind, I will take the comment as some one who really cares and ins't being selfish , stubborn or cramming a book down another person throat. We are all different which is great so not everyone stops/heals the same. I really appreciate your passion for me .. I really do

You haven't lost those 38 days. You still have them. You've just lost your Mojo but take each day one by one. I'm like you in that the psychological triggers are the ones that are ha rd to

hard to beat. Youve gained 38 and lost 1 so you're winning. Wake up today and make it 39. Good luck

I am glad that you take the comments as intended, because I do care. I would hate to see you waste those 38 days when you were saying how great it felt. You are so damned close. It's not too late. Think positive. You can do it.
