I have hardly smoked today!

Sometimes it is not how many you smoked, but how and where you smoked them and how you felt about those that you smoked.

Swish it around in your mouth and taste the poison. By accident i tasted weed killer and you would be surprised how similar they taste.

Did you resent the time it took while you and it were alone together doing nothing?

If you were savoring every puff and rueing the day of your separation, you really need to find the mindset that will help immensely in setting you free.

View your relationship with it as getting a fix, for that is what it is.....we are addicts. Giving in to its nagging only prolongs the quit and restarts the cycle.

Change your view about smoking as you did in the past and embrace the future.
