My story

30 years of smoking habit. Couple of times tried to stop thru cold turkey, but relapsed. Now on 129 days smoke free. Hope this time, I will be successful.

Thanks dear. Adding up one day by one day. Now it is very challenging. But sometime I feel sad as lost my old friend. No alcohol and roaming around. Hope this time it will work.
