G'day All, I have been watching this site for a while now having quit 108 days ago. It's been a hard journey and I am sure from reeding the posts by the long term non smokers I still have a long way to go. to all you who are starting out or in the early days of your Quit, stay focused remember who, what and why you are doing this

I hope the forum has been of some help to you Rustyone. You are doing well at reaching day 108 and every day does get easier, but days are just one way of judging your success. Feeling focused and more committed as time goes by is also a strong indication of making strides. Only when it becomes normal and we don't have to think how to fill the void or have cravings, will it be left behind us. Left but not forgotten so always be mindful of the NOPE mantra.

Again Congratulations , stay strong, focused and positive!

Hi Rustyone. After 109 days it will be 110. How good will that feel. What will you enjoy each day along the way. (See my post after yours.) Every day is different and oh so precious. You can't have four digits until you have had 999 opportunities to blow your own trumpet on this site. And believe me, someone will sit up and take notice and be inspired by you achievement. Power to you. Do post again.
