Struggling to sleep

Hi Pieter SA. Hi and welcome. I initially slept like a baby, but retiring may also be a factor that I also have trouble sleeping. Others have mentioned it, so it may be related in your case or not. Listening to soothing sounds like rain on a tent, or nature tapes and sounds of a running faucet on You Tube may help to relax you. Breathing exercises are beneficial for your lungs and you get bored doing them and fall asleep. I hope others will reply with their experiences.
