368 days
Hi All, I thought I would log on and say hi and can happily report I am 368 days and going strong. I have achieved so much financially in a year on things I would not be able to afford if I was still smoking 🚬 . Don’t miss it and my only regret is I didn’t stop sooner, but better late than never.
It’s funny when your with smokers how some feel uncomfortable around you, and they will say I’m going to give up, I know how hard it is to stop and I don’t judge. Stay strong don’t let those money hungry time wasters run yr life. 💪🏻🚬😁

I do have urges still, but haven't given in...

Financial blood suckers or lousy leeches would also apply! When a craving comes now you can envision the little begger and his lecherous greedy claws just waiting to grab you.
Remember that in giving up smoking , you are choosing to redirect your life. Smoking/Nicotine never gave you any thing, but denied you better health and financial stability for many years. I am glad that Maestro hasn't given in, but I do hope that he understand that his terminology may indicate a battle of will. When you choose, there is no conflict because it is a deliberate decision, no debate. Reminders of smoking or urges should be easily and quickly dismissed.
All quits are different because people are different. I wish you all speedy, easy journeys.
Thats so awesome Suzie!! Always brings a tear to my eye to see someone kicking the habit for good. Once you have lasted a year, its hard to see how you would ever go back to being a smoker again.
Congratulations, I started following your journey over eleven months ago. You helped me get this far and I am looking forward to the 12 month milestone next month. Again thanks.

Nuts if I had a dollar for ever smoker that said there going to quit, I just smile and think to myself good luck with that.. 😏
