wow nearly a full week without a smoke. Am doing okay only find that my anxienty is back on a higher level again. Am hoping that this will soon pass. Plus I have an appointment with counsellor on Tuesday which should help. The other help is seeing how much I have already saved.

Keep in mind that the worst part of the journey is over now and than someday you will not be held captive and subject to cravings at all. You will become calmer in your natural state as a non-smoker. Congratulations for sticking with it and making it a reality.

schedule 19 Aug 2019

Plenty of deep breathing and relax those muscles you are doing really well. I chose to read and do meditation which I have done for many years off and on. Its good to think you will have the money to really enjoy life, without that Nicotine Demon begging at your door keep in touch

I had awful anxiety from week 4 for about 4 weeks.

For me I found Yoga with Adrienne for anxiety massively helpful.

When I woke at 5.30 am full of anxiety I did this video immediately and it really helps. It’s not yoga postures just breathing techniques, have a look it’s free.

Keep going, it will pass.
