1337 days quit

Hi. 3.66 years quit. 1337 days that is and saved $34000 dollars and most of all probably my life. Great thanks to “ icanquit” and all my quit buddies over the years. I pop in from time to time just to remind myself how lucky I am. My list of positives grows each day. Thank You.

Hello Dobbin many thanks for coming back to spur us all on. Me!! 97 days I think but I found this website and its made such a difference to me. I have given up a few times and hoping this is the last. More confident now with the wonderful support I am getting here. Congratulations a great achievement

Hi Dobbin. Good to "see" you again. Am still on the quit trail. I know we pinch ourselves wondering what we were thinking way back then and what we are thinking now. Always on guard. Comfort knowing others are there with us. Did we ever imagine we could do this. Just reinforcing the fact we you are on a winning path and we know that was a reasonably a smooth one but if we had to do it again it probably would be very bumpy. All the more reason to keep going. Success is a powerful word.

Hi Lia. Good to see you again. Remember those first really difficult days still so well. Thanks for your support then and for helping through difficult periods. Thank you

Hi folks. Trust your journey is ultimately as rewarding as mine is. I will pop in from time to time as I am fully aware that complacency will reap its reward.

It's great to hear from you Dobbin. So good to have such wonderful success stories as yours to inspire other quits. Keep on living the great life and check in again soon!

Hi Dobbin, Lia and all members on this site. I pop into this site from time to time to check out stories of my old quit buddies and hopefully to offer support for newbies. I am just 10days short of 3 yr quit and i can say that quitting does reap its benefits in the long run both in health and finance. If a quitter can seriously adapt to the first 3mths of hardship then the rewards after and progressively will be immensely beneficial. One must try and perservere....it does get better....hang in there....TRY HARD..... Bye and Cheers.
