Self care, I am taking this as my number one priority in life.
I am taking my quitting smoking as my number one priority in life. I feel very sick as I on Champix and I smoked approx 20 a day. I am just looking after myself. Sleeping when I need to and being kind to myself. I feel very sick and depressed but I know it will pass. My family and children desperately want me to stop, so they are bending over backwards to help. 💜🙏 I’m worth it and this is my current job.
Is this your first quit day? I know how hard it is but please, hang in there. You have made a great decision for your family and yourself. Every day gets easier. Just remember-NOPE. Not One Puff Ever. Good luck to you.
I can't think of anything more worthwhile to do for yourself and your family. A few days of struggle in return for a lifetime of better health, more wealth and general feeling of self worth. You are number one, and you deserve the best you can be. Take the time to do this just once, with full commitment and belief. Believe and you will be free!
Welcome aboard the quit train, I am successful with champix, try not to feel depressed as you are kicking an evil demon out of your life once and for all, allow yourself all the time you can, be nice to yourself as you are doing one of the best things for you and your family, champix takes away the severe withdrawals but you need to want to quit and you will win. I am still in shock some times that I won, can’t stop smiling, now when I see the health benefits, how silly those people look with that evil stick hanging out of their mouths, cloud of filthy smelling smoke, I have saved nearly $2000 in 2 1/2 months, like what the ###. That’s over $250 a week in aus. My kids are so proud, my hubby who was only social smoker joined me he quit cold turkey, is so impressed, that makes me smile, take the small wins, one day at a time. One hint with champix, I used the sea sick wrist band for first couple weeks and they worked a treat for nausea.
