Gym performance increasing

Hey guys first time posting. Right now the 4th day is starting for me. I have been constantly thinking about cigarettes. Right now I am at the gym, and I feel awesome. My breathing is already improving. Stay strong! No more smoking!

Welcome Bogdan, 4 days is a great start and let me tell you the gym is an awesome distraction to help you along and not to mention the added bonus of improving our mental and physical health. Just keep busy is the best thing in the beginning of your quit. Stay strong😊

Thank you, Leenan. I started doing some intensive workouts, which give me big cravings after I am done. But it is worth it.

So worth the effort and reward. Keep busy and keep on the health kick..... it helps to motivate you. I spend a lot of time on my Fatsecret app and researching new ways to incorporate beans and peas which are awesome for protein and fiber. I found quitting smoking very easy, so losing weight is a bigger yet just as rewarding endeavor . Where there is a will there is a way, and with the right mindset and motivation, we can achieve!
