7 months ..Smoke free.. I m very excited

I am so happy to share that it's been 7Months since I had my last cigarette.
I am travelling and in the same hotel where I traveled 7 Month ago after quit and was struggling like a addict to smoke. This time I have no such cravings.
That’s great news, congrats to you, how nice is it to travel without having to find smoking areas, I have always been a burden like that on my family when we travel, but,,, no more NOPE
Way to go Ravisca. Life is so much freer when ditching the never relenting demon . I am glad you enjoyed your vacation more this time as cravings do diminish over time until you rarely give them a thought. Think happy thoughts and let them go as quickly as they came.
I am starting today and cannot wait to be free of nicotines clutches. I can do this
