Sore gums

So over a month smoke free now but noticing my mouth is giving me grief my teeth and gums are sore if not hurting and my teeth are super sensitive now is this all related to quitting? Anyone else have this problem and yes I have been to the dentist.

Everyone's different. I was getting mouth ulcers when I quit after around a month. They eventually healed up and here I am 7 months and still smoke free.

extra blood circulation is my theory it’s just literally driving me insane hopefully settles down eventually so I can get my teeth fixed from the damage smoking has caused.

Hi cole, I am having some mouth issues, grinding my gums if that makes sense, not so sore just irritated. Dentist said smoking constricts blood vessels so yes, it is more circulation
