I’m feeling the best I’ve ever felt - my puffer use is nearly non existent, I have so much time on my hands, I thought I was fit before well I’m a bloody elite athlete now lol- serious though, I feel great I actually feel like it’s normal to not smoke- What a ride the last 60 plus days have been it wasn’t that hard for me at all maybe because I was so ready amdsixk to death of being held captive by such a stupid filthy money wasting toxic substance - happy weekend peeps! We have a night away without the kids and for the first time I booked a room with no thought of ether or not it had a balcony if it was non smoking blah blah that’s probably my favourite part of this journey all that I have gained from stoping there is so much to gain and nothing to loose !

Enjoy your night away and weekend HLouise. A great reward for yourself for a job well done. I agree that the health rewards are priceless. Feeling the light weightedness after unburdening ourselves from the guilt and ill effects of smoking is amazing

. Everyone can achieve this too with positive thinking and a plan to put into effect. (Or read Allan Carr with my link)

I agree, it been the same for me, and lately I feel like you ( 55 days quit here ) but this isn't my first rodeo, I am aware of my essential nature and I am so thankful of the sites I belong to that give education, support and positive remarks to keep me on track. Also at particular times I remember I am an addict, and human. Keep up the great work !
