30 days CT done but feeling off

Hi all, first post for me, I am 30 days quit and feel lousy, in the beginning I was full of enthusiasm but now I just feel flat and so tired it’s ridiculois, I don’t need to see a doctor as I had all my bloods done and they were fine, just wondering if anyone can relate? It’s 6:30pm UK time and I’ve literally come home from work and typing this from my bed.... when’s the burst of energy gonna come!!! Thanks for reading xx

I went through this too. What would help is to push yourself to do someting different ans you'll find that everthing feels better doing it as a non-smoker. And then that becomes your addicition...to want to feel the benifits of being a non smoker

Try a little exercise I found it helps for me. Just a gentle walk when the cravings hit, also good for cleaning the lungs and giving the heart an extra boost.

Hello to all members
Joins dine group today and hoping to quit by 2603 as a gift to my Mum on her birth day . Let’s see

I have always wanted to be able to not live paycheck to paycheck or have any debt. I worked in accounting for about 20 years and was barely able to make ends meet. It seemed like any time I moved up in the company and received a raise, my living expenses would go up significantly and I was never able to get ahead. I came across many testimonies on net testifying of Dr clement a voodoo lottery spell caster that will help so many people to cast a LOTTERY spell and give a rightful numbers to win the lottery,i didn’t believe it, at first but as life got badder i decided to take a try, now my try has made me a millionaire,Behold i won( ONE MILLIONS DOLLARS) now i am a living testimony of the good works of Dr clement A gifted man with a great powers, it is my secret but i decided to make the world known to it as it might be a help to any one who play any kind of lottery. I won $1000,000.00!! I could not believe it! It was not enough money to retire right away, but I invested it well and it has allowed me to go down to part time work and will help me retire much earlier. I am eternally grateful to Dr.clement Email him now: almightspellhome@yah com His web site: https://almightspellhome.wixsite.com/dr-. Richard Mizerski

Hi Dondays,
I agree with Wazza. Exercise works wonders! Just start running and walking. Mood improves so much. Don't think too much, don't plan it out, just hit the treadmill with a fire playlist.
