Hi everyone I have come to this site regularly for the past couple of years as I know there is an understanding of how challenging the quit journey can be and I am not alone.

After several periods of quitting one for 2 years I know how just 1 smoke can send you back to being a regular smoker.

After smoking for over 45 years I am going to recommence my quit journey again.

I had quit for 3 months until 3 days ago and am focusing on how good I felt for those month's until I let stress and anxiety take over, smoking did not help in fact I realise it snowballed.

I feel like I have turned a corner in awareness and am so greatful to have a place to share my journey.

Welcome back Max22. You know what mate I've laughed in my time saying I was the queen of quitting, I've personally had more starts than Pharlap at it. My best was 7 years and I went back 🙄 Never mind that, they're all practice runs for the real McCoy. I'm 7 months quit now and never turning back, you know what to do mate so good on you for coming back and facing the quit again. It's not always easy. Just try to really focus on what do those little poison sticks give you? HMMMMM nothing good. Stay strong and focused you can do this😊
