I quit 85 days ago
I was a smoker for 10 years. I smoked everything from black & milds to menthol to non menthol to light menthol. Quitting has been hard because my body was so used to having at least 8-9 cigarettes a day. On day 85 I still suffer from anxiety, and panic because cigarettes was my drug of choice. If you are a fighter and you feel yourself ready to give in just remember you just added more years to your life. If you are struggling with the anxieties of nicotine withdrawal go to the gym, do things that you like. It's hard, believe me but the reward is awesome.

Yes the rewards are well worth the effort it takes to become a non-smoker. Everyone can do it if they remain positive, focused and determined. Quitting with your heart in it as well as your head, makes it easier. Remember why you are quitting and look forward to the journey instead of fearing it.
