Thanks. Most of the people around me don't smoke so they don't know what we are going through . my husband is very supportive , but I have to say things like it is day ? to get a pat on the back . So I feel a bit lonely on my journey but that wont stop me .CHEERS

You are doing great tough as. Although it is nice to have our accomplishment acknowleged by others, we know what we have achieved, and that is reward in itself. Reward yourself even if it a pajama day! Remember you are never alone here, and we take this journey together.

My husband smokes and hasn't joined me on the journey. He is still under the illusion that he enjoys it too much. I have two people in m y house who smoke and it does nothing to add temptation, I hate the smell when they come in from outside and you smell that stale smoke. I'm just glad tough as that sets I don't smell like that anymore.

That is a wonderful accomplishment for you Leanne. Some people would have found it difficult to cope under those circumstances. We smoked indoors, and had the smoking bothered me i would have asked hubby to smoke in the bathroom with the exhaust fan on. However it did not bother me , and he quit with me two weeks later. We are both so happy with our decisions and new found freedom and extra cash. What more is there to say really? I wish all could experience the freedom.

I am right behind you tough as.... and yes we are! Hoping i never catch you, but you know i'm never going back to being a prisoner!
