1200 days quit today and looking back at how lucky I am and catching up with some fellow quitters. Good to see that quite a few have stayed quit. I will be eternally grateful to this site and those mentors who helped me when I first joined. Probably saved in excess of $15000 through quitting and my improved health but most of all my sense of self worth whenever remember the great achievement of quitting. Thanks

Love it Dobbin, I feel the same way. I'm not as far along as you, I'm 6 months in but the sense of self worth of flicking the putrid habit is priceless. Congratulations on your awesome success 😊

Hi Dobbin. Fantastic to see you re visit. Yes, me, up to 1300 days. I doubt if either of us will ever do anything damaging enough to have us back at day 1. And we know how that would happen. The great thing about this site apart from our quit buddies is the myriad of hints and encouragement on how to stay on track. So glad to have lasted the distance with you and me and others cheering each other on. I am having the best time trying to waste some of my $28000 saved. Have managed to waste about $6000. Still got heaps left in the overs tray.

Hi Freedom. Congrats on your success and thanks for doing your part as mentor and in turn we take our turns and help others on to achieve their dreams. Lia and Leanne are a couple of active members with great ideas and support, in part due to you it seems.
Seeing success stories gives encouragement not only to new but to all non-smokers no matter how long quit i am sure.

Hi folks. Great site and sooooo supportive. Keep that 100 💯 days between us Lia and good to see you still helping others. Be back soon.

Hiya Dobbin... been away i am happy to see your post. I am on 2and half years now and i think i have saved a lot more money than you have due to the fact a packet co sts $40 in my part of the world. Yes all the early battling is well worth it to get where we are now. All the best mate and Merry Xmas.

Hi I have decided it’d time to stop smoking .
Day one and on NRT any encouraging words or tips would be appreciated . I am 52 and want to improve my health and see my granddaughter grow up.
Lovely to join this group .

I am so sorry that your comment went unnoticed Roxauat. Newcomers really do need to start their own story so we can get in touch with them via e-mail if necessary through their own page. My apologies.
