1 week into quitting

Exactly 1 week ago, I have decided to quit smoking. I have been smoking for 12 years and last week, I felt breathless out of the blue. I believe it is a wake up call for me as me and my wife are expecting a baby which will arrive in June 2019. My sleep has definitely gotten better but I have been feeling out of breath and have been losing my appetite over the last 1 week. Anybody feels the same as I do? I realise that vitamin c from orange and Apple help to suppress my craving for cigg too. (Could be I’m thinking too much)

Hi rognshan. Congrats on your decision to quit smoking and embrace the rest of your life as a non-smoker. You seem to be dealing with it fine so far. I too started sleeping better once quit. I was taking a turmeric and ginger lung cleanse at the time as well, and ginger supressess appetite, as well as cravings. I have posted it and other mindset ideas to help make the quit easier.
