Keep on going

Today I reached my 1yr quit 🙂 365 days 😊In the first few weeks I thought I would never reach this milestone but I have. Huge thanks to everyone on here,quit line (Australia) and my hugely supportive family and friends for all the tips and support.

My mantra though this has been... every arrow not fired will miss the target 🎯 so for you all on this journey,keep firing those arrows and you will hit the bullseye 🎯
