24 Hours of No Nicotine

It's been more than 24 hours since I had my last cigarette. I am so proud of myself. The cravings have been subsided by bottles of water and so far it has worked.
I have just got a prescription for nicotine pads to help me through my quitting days. Glad that I had a strong willpower to quit. The nicotine pads are an additional method to quitting which I am going to use.

Hi MimzYet. Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking and for joining us here. I am sorry that your arrival was not greeted. Please don't take that personally, things happen. The main thing is that you are here. I would recommend that if you have a problem that needs some advice that you post another story. This is outdated at the moment, and although i will try to remember to check back here, no one else is likely to see it now. I just happened to be scrolling back further than usual today as i see there l were many comments posted. Unfortunately , i have no idea where. Those posted on my pages i get an e-mail to notify me, as you will when you receive this.
Again , welcome to the community and good luck with your quit. There is lots of information , and i love reading all the comments. I generally click All Stories at the top and the newest ones come up first. I hope to hear your comments on the pages as well.
