I’m on day 5 smoke free and I’m struggling big time today! All I can think about is smoking! And that just one won’t hurt! Please tell me it will get easier 😏

Hi Dan76 hang in there it does get easier, focus on pushing those cravings out of your head with a stern NO don't even entertain the idea of having one. You do not want one at all it's only the addiction talking. Keep busy and take up a new hobby or download a game for your phone, anything to keep busy

Dan it gets easier trust me.............. I am 146 days in and have kept myself busy so as to not be tempted. I am quite lucky I only have one person who smokes at work and none at home................. So I don't get tempted. Think about your health mate that is what keeps me focus as I don't want to become sick in my early 50's. Listen to all the people supporting you, this is an excellent sight you can do this N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever

Hey dan, I hear u buddy about 3 weeks for me. It absolutely will get easier. Change your daily routine a bit, a short walk with a friend is good. Stay away from smokers is a good idea

Well done dude. 5 days is a big deal. I found when I wanted a cig I would twirl a coin in my fingers to keep me focused on something. You’re now over a full week. Congrats.
