Stopping patches - what to expect?

Hey guys! I’m due to step down to step 3 patches this coming weekend, then after 3 weeks, no more patches (using Nicotinell patches).

So, I wanna be prepared for what happens after I stop using them. I know everyone is different, but your experiences could help me, as I will know that could be normal or not, so I don’t panic haha.

I just don’t wanna get caught out and start smoking again.
