Iโ€™m into my 4th week(23days). Wow I canโ€™t believe it, I didnโ€™t think I would go this long, Last week has been the hardest so far.

I was on Champix and stopped taking them 2 days ago and havenโ€™t looked back since, It has been tough not having support except for my son but that makes up for it, heโ€™s so proud that his mum is smoke free and must say Iโ€™m a little proud of me too..๐Ÿ˜

I am having really bad headaches that hit hard then go within minutes, that was one of the reasons I stopped taking Champix they have only started since last Tuesday. The craving I have is green tea and honey.

I have been around smokers all day today and to be honest I didnโ€™t notice them smoking but could smell it on my clothes when I got home. Yay to me ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Thanks Darryl and Bobi ๐Ÿ˜ I do think about smoking ๐Ÿšฌ but my mindset is more now I so donโ€™t miss the bad taste in my mouth the tight chest at night and how great it is to breath without coughing up a lung. I had a slip up Wednesday week ago but all that did was show me what I am so not missing, itโ€™s all worth it and the money feels so much better in my pocket than the tobacco company.. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ ($500.00 saved so far in 23 days) now that is an incentive ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
