Staying free

Iโm into my 4th week(23days). Wow I canโt believe it, I didnโt think I would go this long, Last week has been the hardest so far.
I was on Champix and stopped taking them 2 days ago and havenโt looked back since, It has been tough not having support except for my son but that makes up for it, heโs so proud that his mum is smoke free and must say Iโm a little proud of me too..๐
I am having really bad headaches that hit hard then go within minutes, that was one of the reasons I stopped taking Champix they have only started since last Tuesday. The craving I have is green tea and honey.
I have been around smokers all day today and to be honest I didnโt notice them smoking but could smell it on my clothes when I got home. Yay to me ๐๐๐๐

Good on you Suzie Q just had last one ready to go again fabulous to read stories like yours it inspires me and helps me to not freak out re withdrawal symptons,

Thanks Darryl and Bobi ๐ I do think about smoking ๐ฌ but my mindset is more now I so donโt miss the bad taste in my mouth the tight chest at night and how great it is to breath without coughing up a lung. I had a slip up Wednesday week ago but all that did was show me what I am so not missing, itโs all worth it and the money feels so much better in my pocket than the tobacco company.. ๐๐ ($500.00 saved so far in 23 days) now that is an incentive ๐๐
