Getting into week 4

So I am in my 4th week of no smoking, and to be honest I do not miss it but these withdraw symptoms are awful
Just today I felt anxiety in my body, so I went and did some yoga!
Now I have to go to work and hopefully I will manage there

yeah i dont know3 why but this time around the cravings are just as intense or more intense after 4 weeks as they were on day 1.. Anyhow bobi , I hope your hanging in there. Im at the point where even though i do contemplate a smoke, if I did , the regret and the thought of having to do it all again to get here to day 31 would not be justified...

Hey there, u too hang in there, and it's the best if u don't start smoking now, cause if u ever quit again, u will have to go through this again and as we all know it is not a really nice feeling. So just keep it strong and I am sure we can all make it! =)
