God help me

I quit amoking for almost 4 weeks now. But i feel unusual. I feel lightheaded and scared if i faint somewehere.i visited dr and did exg ultrasound 2decho blood tests and everything is normal in reports. I dont understand whats happening to my body. Please suggest if anyone has these symptoms.
