Decided to QUIT after 6 years

Hello! I’m a new member and am on my journey of quitting smoking after 6 years of it. I quit on August 5, 2018.
I was wondering if I was the only one experiencing dizziness and a bunch of discomfort?
Sadly, I got freaked out of what I read online about the dizziness.
Has anyone else been experiencing dizziness? If so, what do you feel?

Hi Sofi. I gave the smokes away on the 1st August 2018. I also experience dizziness on a daily basis. Normally I feel the dizziness once or twice a day while sitting at my desk. I am putting it down to nicotine withdrawal but if it keeps happening I will be seeing a medical practitioner just in case there is some underlaying condition.

UPDATE: My dizziness stopped. It was 2-3 days not more. I believe it’s from the nicotine hunger or quitting in general.
