Day 5 without a cigarette
I smoked for the last 9 years. It's been 5 days since I haven't touched a cigar. Most of the time, it really feels good to discover that I am taking the control of my own life. I am not a slave to the nicotine cravings. However, at times, I feel sad thinking that I have lost a friend. Previously, when I felt stressed, I used to smoke. When I was happy, I used to smoke. When I didn't have anything to do, I used to smoke. Smoking was associated with every event of my life. Now that I am not smoking for the last 4 days, I am feeling like I've lost a good friend of mine :(. I am trying to stay strong because I know smoking is the evilest foe anyone could have.

It's a real challenge and life changing experience quitting smoking. You've come so far to be 5 days cig free Rayhan!
I totally relate to what your saying, but a life free of smoking is far better than what we have lost from quitting. Keep going it will get easier.
