I just joined icanquit. I need motivation. I have tried many times in the past and failed many times. Smoking is the only way I use to relax and stay away from my routine. I smoke 3 cigarettes in a row tonight as I type. Hoping that tomorrow I will smoke only 1 until my set quit day. I feel like depending on my willpower is not enough. Do those nicotine pads work? Thank you in advance.

My doctor is helping me as I too don’t have really string will power, but due to health reasons if recently found out, I need to. Please keep trying.😊
