Much to my surprise, I found that working out a few days after quitting makes me more lightheaded than my workouts while I smoked. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m on my third day without a cigarette and I feel almost constantly faint and weak and I’m not sure why. I heard quitting lowers blood sugar but I don’t know if that’s correct. Anyone else experience something like this?

I was totally disconnected for the first few days of quitting. I couldn't concentrate much at all. I had a dizzy spell also. I drank plenty of water and ate more fruit. I didn't realise how much smoking cigarettes actually affects your body until I quit.
