87 days cold turkey

Hi everyone I'm new to the site. I just wanted to share my journey so far. I am currently 87 days smoke free cold turkey. However, I am still experiencing a little tightness in the chest sometimes and anxiety. I'm trying to find ways to keep my mind from thinking negatively. Is anyone still experiencing this so far along. Any suggestions will be help thanks.

I'm on day 101 . Anxiety has hung around but it's gotten a lot better in the last 3 weeks or so. It still creeps up once in a while but it's not as severe as it was in the first 2 months. I have read a lot of people struggle with anxiety months into their quit.

Thank you Red-67 and Crabby13 for the advice. I will continue on this journey taking it day by day. Just Breath and trust it's going to be ok

Stick with it I'm at day 331 going cold turkey. It is hard to do but have faith you with get there. Don't let the thoughts in your head turn you back, I feel if I can give the smokes away after doing it for 40 years that others can do the same. Good luck with it all.
