Sticking with it.

I'm still here but quiet. 8 months and no urge or backsliding.

Feel great. Can run and do an hour in the gym and not be puffed. I'm also active on my mountain bike. I can get through 15km in 40 min. Not bad for a 72 yr old. Money saved - heaps - paid for my i pad! I get up in the morning and don't even think about a smoke. The smell when I walk past a smoker downtown makes me feel crook. I don't have to reward myself with anything after I've mowed the lawns or want to admire something I made. What am saying here--- I'm not that clever.... I want to share a few thoughts to help all of you along. You can do it. Long live white pillow cases!

Yeah you get your smell back within a few days i heard and yes it can be hard to walk past someone who smokes. 8 months is fantastic congratulations.
