Not counting

I started wondering last night how long I had been quit for, and then I decided that it doesn't really matter. I don't smoke, full stop.

For those that like to count how many hours, weeks, days they have been a non-smoker, good on you and I really hope that keeps you going. But it wasn't doing anything for me.

I smoked for far too long, but I really hope I live long enough that I don't smoke for longer than I did.

Yep it's not always important to note how many days/weeks etc since last smoke. I too smoked too long I just hope that i've quit in time and it's not too late. I worry that i could have cancer's growing and not even know it. Funny thing was my dad never smoked and he got cancer. Keep up with quitting though it can improve health in many ways

Counting doesn't do much for me either, as I think that I'm waiting for something to happen.

There is nothing to give up and everything to gain.

BUT I think that the further you leave that last smoke

behind, the higher your chances of success are.

I will definitely keep being a non-smoker :)
