Good morning all. Today is day 3 with no smoking. I felt it was way easier at work considering I had things to keep me busy. This weekend has been hard on me not physically but mentally. I used to chain smoke all weekend while playing on my phone (bingo) however I did clean the heck out of my place 😂. My tip is make sure to keep your mind busy. I keep having these mental thoughts about going out on my porch to light one up. I have to keep myself busy. So please know if I can do it you can also. This is probably the first time since I have been born with out smoke around me or in my lungs. My parents used to chain smoke inside the house when I was a child and have no windows open. I remember them smoking in the car and having only a small crack in the window to flick the ashes. Which always landed back on my sister and me. Thanks all

Yeah that's hard with parents smoking especially when your young It was 8 days with my withdrawal but i still get cravings I just had one today and got through it by having a nap. I think your right in the brunt of the worst of it as you say your only 3 days in I certainly remember been there it's bad but you can get through it. I agree with Red i want to give Allen carr's book a go just to distract my cravings.
