Still on track after 2 weeks smoke free. I am still struggling at times, usually in the mornings and late afternoons. Trying to keep myself busy at these times. Determined to keep up the good work!!!

Yes seems to be mornings for me it's hard to keep the patches on at night becuase for me they cause really bad nightmares but do stop some of the withdrawal. I find a good stratergy is if you are going to quit don't do it without plenty of coffee/tea and most importantly panadol/pain relief becuase of the shocking headache's it causes moslty for me after about the 3rd day. I agree with the other comment stay focused and you should be ok. Even if you have a slip up try not to beat yourself up too much becuase quitting is possible
