Slipped up but back on track

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 30 May 2018

I slipped up today after going 4 days without any smoking at all. I think what pushed me over the edge is been so close to the shop where i can buy smokes my slip up was 4 cigaretes but i've stopped now and back on track with wetting the pack. I tried hypnotherapy but maybe didn't give it enough time. I figure quitline is my next best bet. I'm on the combo therapy with patches not quite been enough i'm currently on the lozenger and inhalor which seems to help during the stronger cravings. If i can just tell myself no more and hope that helps.

Yeah that's what i need to do throw out my lighters. I kind of got tempted today at the shop but resisted the urge to buy more smokes. It's a mind thing I live in a caravan park so i feel like i am pulluting people's heath every time i smoke. I've thrown out the last of my smokes and am going into withdrawal now i should be ok. Yes i'd like to be free of nicotine in every sense including NRT's as they can be addictive too
