Wow can't believe I have got this far.My journey hasn't been as bad as what I thought it would be.A couple of times a day I find myself thinking I would love a smoke but then it's gone within seconds.Still feel a bit sick with headaches,Nausea and have developed Mouth Ulcers.I reduced the strength of the Nicotine patch and symptoms improved slightly.I mean to tackle this awful habit.I know it's going to be long and difficult at times.Just after 2 weeks I am not SOB and have virtually stopped having to use my Steroid Puffer ..was using it up to 10 times a day.My thoughts with everyone quitting.

I'm on Day58. Take DEEP breathes, about ten in a row, the craving will stop for about an hour. Works for me. :)

Appreciate the comments of support.Feeling good on Day 17. Even though I have thoughts of having a smoke I wouldn't. I breathe easier and are sleeping better..yeah.I try to keep busy at home and take walks out in our beautiful Autumn weather.
