Anxiety help?

Can anyone let me know if they felt like they bad 900 things wrong with them when they started the quitting process, and if you dealt with any anxiety issues? Thanks all. I'm new here.

Hello CallMeGold.
Welcome to the process.
You might want to talk to a health professional as well, but from my experience my mind played all sorts of tricks on me when I first (and second and third etc etc) started quitting, probably in an attempt to get me smoking again and back to "normal".
It might also depend on whether you have quit cold turkey or using something like Champix or even patches can affect people differently - that's why I recommend talking to a professional apart from from being here.
Hope to hear things improve for you.

Hi CallMeGold,
I will share with you what worked for me. I used to be depressed and anxious even when I was smoking and only knew it would get worse when I quit cold turkey. A friend of mine suggested Moringa Tea.
After a month of drinking moringa tea (tea made from moringa leaves) I have been doing really well.
Other factors that may have helped me include; great relationship with parents/siblings, good diet, great job, supportive boyfriend & no drama all round. But I more or less always had these things going for me even when I was going through depression & anxiety so I can really say moringa tea helps.
If you research it online, you will know more.

Thanks for the advice. Another 12 hours down. This is making me tired even after 2 days!
