I am 4 days smoke free
Big for me
I have smoked for 33 yrs don’t know where the time went
I am struggling today
I am Suffering from insomnia which is driving me nuts , nausea etc
Hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight

I had insomnia too. Today is day 4 for me and yesterday I thought I was going to have a panic attack. I’ve never had anxiety or panic issues so after googling it, it is definitely a withdrawal symptom some people experience. I am very much into natural, holistic, remedies so I went to my local vitamin store and bought L-theanine . That stuff saved me yesterday and I slept like a baby last night! Check it out and see what you think. Basically it helps calm you down as it turns into GABA in the body which is our bodies natural Valium. If you drink green tea, L-theanine is most likely the reason for its calming (but not sedating) effects. Of course I am not a doctor so talk with yours and see what they think and do some research, I think it could really helphelp.

I'm with you Donna75, I'm just 1.5 days in and looking forward to 4 days :-). Feeling good about just living without a thought of cigarettes.
