Relapse but back on Track

Hi all, I was entertaining and I had 2 cigarettes on Saturday as had a drink and felt quite stressed as well. They tasted dreadful and I could feel it for 2 days. I am back on track and haven't had a craving since which has been a relief. My sense of smell has really altered and not in a pleasant way. Really noticing how polluted the air is in Sydney.

Thanks. I can still feel the effects of them even today. I havent been tempted since thank goodness but I think drinking and arguing with partner sat morning didnt help. Have to be on guard. At all times. Thanks

Hey, you've done well to stay on track, you only had two - just keep going with your plan & continue to be smoke free. Stress is a real killer, unfortunately we want a drink when we're stressed and we want a smoke when we drink. This is my problem too. Remember how disgusting they tasted!!! You can do it, keep it up.
