Last Friday I found a ciggie in my bag..i chucked it. and tonight. One on bookshelf. Tempted but after looking at it and smelling it. I knew it was going to taste foul . And thought Why am I bothering?"..they all taste horrendous. We all have smoked knowing how hidious smokes are. I know this might b tricky but have to keep on. These cravings wont last forever.

Soon as I saw the words "found 2 cigies" I said to myself out loud, Ohhhh my lordi, noooo arrghh. Thinking you had smoked them till I read on. Good on you!! for not caving in, that is wonderful news - great to hear!
