Good luck. Like many of us...you may find that thinking about quitting was a lot harder than just plain quitting.

Welcome 2nd Go,make it your last go,if you feel like a smoke, put it off and come on here and read some of the stories, people like Lia and Dobbin and Red 67and many others who have stories of sadness and victories,of slip ups and achievementsbut most of all inspirational. You can do this, deal with each craving at a time and they quickly lessen in number and severityNever Give In and NO MATTER WHAT! do not smoke.

Hope you decide this is a good place to do whatever you can to last the distance. Hope you take the time to listen to others and to respond and lastly keep fellow quitters updated on your success.
