Second time - much easier!

So, I quit for about 4 months. I was so proud of myself! From smoking a pack a day to quitting was amazing. Then somebody from my past entered my life again and the stress of it made me buy a packet. It was all downhill from there. I was hooked again. I continued to smoke with the new years resolution that I would quit. I didn't quit January 1 because I felt it would be unfair on my partner with my horrible moods due to it being holidays and I spent everyday with him. Last Monday, I decided that I was done - for good. I haven't touched a smoke since. I was expecting the cravings etc to be like the last time I quit but it's so easy! I mean, I still have cravings but I can handle them. It's like my body remembers being quit and has reverted back to that time. I hope I haven't jinxed it but it's already been a week and I'm still okay - I think I dodged a bullet!
Stay strong everyone. It's much easier the second time xx
