Our Incredible Body

Hi, todays it's 70 days since I quit smoking, it doesn't sound as much, not even 3 months yet, but 70 days equal 1,540 cigarrets I didn't smoke!! And if you put them all together, there a lot of cigarrets! I think the human body is amazing; we put this tremendous amount of poison into our bodies, and they still work and try to heal if we only give them a chance.
