8 weeks smoke free now. Thanks for the message team. I haven't left you. Been on holiday. Congratulate yourself on the savings. A packet of cigarettes is now about $29-30 depending on the brand .
I think about how much better I feel a little less as the days go by as I have other things to think about. No real urges.
Went past a guy lightning up the other day. The smoke made me gag. I thought 'Did I used to generate that stink?' Choke. Choke.
My family only just figured out I had stopped a week ago - just 7 weeks. They say it took so long to notice because I didn't smoke around them or the children. A good laugh had by all. They're rapt so that's encouraging.

Hi Moonbeam, I was going to tell you I'm 8 weeks too, but when I cheked, I realized it's 9 weeks!! I guess thats what happens as time passes you are not counting every hour of every day, thats when the healing starts. Good for you
