I have been smoke free for 15 days. I have tried multiple times. My longest achievement was 4 months. It's terrible to say my weight and being angry over something is why I started back up. That being said, I've decided to slowly quit certain things. I try to do it all at once and I'm worried I will fail. I am smoke free so that means more $, I don't stink, my boyfriend will actually kiss me and I can breathe! Eventually here I have to avoid alcohol for awhile. It's too tempting to want that cigarette. By the end of this week I will hit the gym. Has anyone else wanted to just sleep? I get home and I want to go right to bed. I haven't any idea why. Am I depressed am I trying not to think about smoking? One great thing is how happy my son is to see that I am not smoking and NOT freezing having to go outside.

Hi there :-) if u Google the symptoms of quitting smoking, one of them is fatigue.. so u will get quite tired more than usual in the first few weeks so it's all good :-)
